The Bill (Reg. No. 2692) eliminates discrepancies among the effective Laws of Ukraine as to the means of distribution of foreign films/programs by the television broadcasting companies, improvement of legal provisions in the field of broadcasting of foreign films/programs by the television broadcasting companies at the territory of Ukraine.
The Committee members stated that the Bill complies with the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages.
